Remember my previous post in my another blog? It was about the 5th movie carnival by STAR Cineplex happens at the Kuching Amphitheater… and yeah, I did went to that place… early at 7…. Expected something good and well organized… but tett!!!! WRONG!!!
Reached there with no problem with parking… smooth way to the place… and nice weather to enjoy…. but, reached there, and as what happened to the Battle of the Band I’ve attend this year… The sound system was BAD!!!!!
I went with Cyril… We “tapau” SCR and popcorn to be eat while watching… but it turned to be finished before the movie… They started late…. as not like what they said in the ticket… They put it will starts at 7, but started at 8 pm last night…. They have the Jungle Treasure hunt before the movie started….Photo with movie characters? I guess no, because they have only the DBKU mascot… which is CUTE!!!! And the performance? I love the marching band… Which was from the 6th Boys brigade Kuching…. and the live band? There was no live band… no happening band… There was only an acoustic band whom “rogol” the songs…. I think they should just play the guitar instead of singing too… That was bad!!!! I love the guitar plucking… Nice even though there was a mistake during the first plucking…
And then, we went there early just to make sure we have the free ice creams, but until we reached home, we got nothing… even a single Hotlink balloon… haiya!! The food bazaar? There was no any nice food I can buy there… except for the snacks…. And drinks….
and I’m not sure… How would they check the tickets ( the price too I don’t know… some say RM15 but some say RM5) ? It seems like people can enter even without the tickets…. There was no place or people at the entrance to check the tickets… and even me and Cyril did not get in using the entrance… We used the “lorong tikus” to be in there… so, I guess, without tickets too, you can get in and watch the movie under the stars… The night was awesome!!!! There were stars above us… no signed of rain…. and yeah, there were mosquito too…. So, when it comes to mosquito, no more comfortable feeling... Plus, sitting on the grass with news paper on it… You can’t lay down and enjoy the movie and you can’t do this and that… And at the end, you’ll experience back pain because of that…
okay, okay… I watched “Sayang You can Dance” and “Knowing”…. Will review both movies soon at my another blog…. Our third movie was “The fast and The Furious 4″… Which we have already watched it… and yeah, never want to watch it twice as the movie was very damn boring… it’s intro are great but then, it turned to be so bad…. with bad plots and so on… :D
And now, we have two tickets which was supposed to be used yesterday, but we entered there without any tickets checking… so, the tickets, we still have it… Will maybe bee there again later…. Met Crazyfool but did not want to hye him…mana tau salah orang… LOL… but we “lepak” together with Georgette Tan whom came by with her Borneo Post pass… :D
