As Chegu Carol passed her PTK exam (CONGRATS!!!), I think I was just passed my interview. But not yet know about the status of being taken into KKM or not. So, here I would like to share to all of you regarding my experiences during the exam and interview with SPA…
I started my journey to Bangunan Sultan Iskandar at Simpang Tiga with my parents. I thought I was so early. I dressed like an innocent lady wearing baju kurung, and closed-heels. Went upstairs to 10th floor, and was shocked to see others were already coming. Which means that they came much more earlier than me. So, I took one place and sat down watching all of the people.
At 7.30 am, a lady came out of the office calling the first and second gorup of people to sit for an exam. And I was included. To my suprised, not only for nursing post were coming, but laboratory technologyand others. So, as we were called in, I was already nervous to face the exam. They were 227 questions need to be answered in 40 minutes. When everything was cleared, as for name, IC, and so on, we were given the questions book. Was so thick!
I was so nervous to open it. And thought it will be something hard. But when I opened the first page, I saw and thankfull to god. It was so easy. My exam was called “Bahagian Minat” which means that, all questions were regarding my own interests. And it was pretty easy. They asked only about interests and nothing else. For instance, “Saya boleh:- Melukis atau melakar” and you should only answer accordingly to what you can do. As for this, my answer was A which is yes. It went to all questions. It was not that hard at all. I swear! It was not that hard!
So, I completed the exam for about twenty minutes. And left the room to the lobby for next agenda. Waited to be called, and at last was called. Gave out my photostate certificates and so on to them. Before that, saw one Chinese boy were scolded, why? Because he did not bring any photostate certificates for SPA. And he did not even bring his original birth certificate. He was scolded in front of people. And that I realized, the lady was not that polite. She was not supposed to act like that. She was embarassing and humiliating others. So, back to my own story, I did not face any troubles. Everything went out so smooth. Thanks to my mum, cause she taught me how to arrange certificates properly.
After that, I was asked to wait in front of “D” room. I was on the 10th turn. So, I waited and waited until I was called. I thought it will be only one person to interview me, but I was wrong. They were two persons in the room, which was a lady and a man. I was freaking nervous but acted cool. I greeted them and gave them my files, and being asked to be seated. Soon as I sat, they asked me to tell them more about me. I explained everything about myself and they were satisfied.
Done that, they started to ask me about my interests in nursing. And why nursing. They even asked me about the specific tasks of a nurse. Thank God I learned all those in my current nursing college. Then, they asked me, what is popular disease in Kuching, I told them it’s dengue and they were agreed. Then, they asked me about when is the peak hours a mosquito loves to look for food/human blood, what authorities will do when they know a place is having such mosquitos. They even asked me about what method do they use to kill such mosquitos. Others like hypertension and blood pressure also being asked. And guess what? I answered all of them!! confidently answered it all!! ;P
Hahaha *too happy* Then, they asked me, do I follow on current issues. I said, yes. And they asked me what current issue do I follow, and I said, the latest would be the 2010 budget. And as usual, they asked me to explain what I know. They even corrected me when I was wrong. Huhuhu Done with current issue, they asked me to leave as the interview session with me has just done.
Guess what? I regretted studying about ministers and so on. They did not even asked a question regarding minister or even ministry of health. But they did asked about WHO. Asked me what is WHO, and I said it’s World Health Organization. And they asked me where is the head department of WHO? I was so unconfident and just said, “Geneva, right??”. Yeah, it is in Geneva. Don’t worry. I am correct! LOL
So, that is what was happening to me yesterday during the exam and interview with SPA. I just wish I could get through this and go for KKM. I cannot stand any longer being a SEGi student. I hope all of you keep your fingers crossing and pray for me so that I could go for KKM.
As for tomorrow, do not forget to join other bloggers and photographers in the Grand Opening of Level Up Fitness with Kenny Sia and others celebs too. I may not coming, because I got classes tomorrow. So, anyone who might come, sends my regards to Kenny Sia, and do not forget to take thousands of photos with him to make me jealous. ;P

Good luck.
who knows, you will be sent to ICATS for training, because the govt send KKM students to ICATS also. Not all will be in Kolej Kesihatan Bersekutu. Hehehe
Yeah, even in SEGi college. They are students being sponsored by KKM to study in SEGi.
Thanks bro!
