SEGi College Sarawak: Sucks Management

I think most of you know well where I was before I came to KSKB here. Yeah, a college called SEGi College Sarawak where I thought their management is better than a college called Masterskill. Why do I say so? Have you guys read about my post about how Masterskill postponed my course to this year where I was supposed to start my course last year in September? It’s about money. Money I paid, and how I wish they could refund me the money as they postpone my course.

Well now, it’s about SEGi college. Why? Their management are sucks and rude! They actually agreed to refund me the money from PTPTN when I was in SEGi, which is about RM3K. The 3K comes from the money given to me by PTPTN which was 10K. 7K has been used up to pay SEGi when I left the college that day, and the 3K is the remainder where I had asked to be refunded to me instead of to PTPTN. So, I called them today, asked them about the money, but they actually canceled the refund to me, and send the money back to PTPTN without informing and discussing anything with me. Yeah, they didn’t even call me, ask me whether I agree or not to refund the 3K amount back to PTPTN.

Plus, they even said that I could take the 3K with me, and owe PTPTN the 10K. They agreed and confident that the 3K will be given to my by the end of January. But then, something else happened. They refund the 3K back to PTPTN WITHOUT INFORMING AND DISCUSSING IT WITH ME!

Should I talk with the financial people from SEGi? Yeah, I had contacted her regarding this. With the rudest attitude and PR, she said something which is different from what she had said when I signed the agreement to refund the 3K to me the other day.

This is what I call stupid. This type of people needs to go back to their college and learn how to really handle those things. They can’t simply decide on what to do for me. The reason why they refund the money back to PTPTN is, they want to help me so that I owe PTPTN only 7K. But they actually wrong, because on the day I signed for the refund form, we had discussed about the 3K, and I agreed so much for them to give me the 3K, and owe PTPTN 10K. They even agreed and said that the money will be given to me in two or three weeks. But then, I waited until today.

And today, they said, the 3K has been refunded to PTPTN as they want to help me to reduce my debt with PTPTN. Meaning that, instead of paying 10K later, I will only need to pay 7K with their help by refunding those 3K back to PTPTN. But they’re stupid enough, doing it without asking and informing me about it. They didn’t even call me to ask and discuss with me about this.

If they want to help, they should at least inform me. They should know that when I signed the refund form, means I agreed to get the 3K and agreed to pay 10K to PTPTN later. If it’s about my debts with PTPTN, it’s my problem, it’s not their problem. I told them that I am willing to pay the 10K to PTPTN, but they acted good and intelligence by refunding the 3K back to PTPTN so that I will owe PTPTN only 7K.

I really think that this college especially the financial people which is a rude lady needs to go back to school or college and learn how to manage a college. And learn how to communicate with people well and not rude.
