Okay, okay. The title sounds weird. But it’s something I want to share with you guys out here about my new routine on taking food. It’s not that I’m a nurse, but it’s something new that I think a good thing I should share. If you’re closed to me, you will realized my food taking routine often changed due to my busy-ness here.
Sometimes, I didn’t even eat for a day. Sometimes, I take only my lunch. But I never skipped breakfast. The life I currently face here changes all this. Sometimes my class had few briefing during lunch, and it takes time to finish, so, lunch will be skipped for that. Dinner sometimes is skipped because of the activities they make during dinner time. I even think that the food they are serving us for dinner doesn’t really nice. They even make the same menu everyday. This is why I skipped my dinner sometimes. But it’s a good thing I think! =)
I have received my uniform and will start using it this week. Tomorrow is a big day for me, it’s exam day! I’ve been studying a lot, and never been this hard work even for my SPM. But I need to struggle for this exam and any exams in the future. I no more in school life that I can play around. Back to my uniform story, to maintain the size until I work later, I need to really take care of my body size. I don’t want to make another bigger size of uniform. It shows me becomes fatter later.

The best thing I can make now is, I skipped my dinner. Not to say skipped, because skipping meals time is not good for yourself, especially when you’re on diets. Skipping meals make you more hungry and much more want to eat. That’s why someone who is on diet tend to become fatter.
I wake up early in the morning, and take my breakfast. My breakfast will be something simple. Yalah, you should know college life how. I usually take my breakfast with biscuits or bread. Or even instant mee! =) I know it’s not good, but it’s better than nothing right? While doing and waiting for my breakfast to be done, I will get myself readied for class. Once done, I eat till finish.
When it comes to lunch, I skipped my lunch before, with the reason our cafe in college is far. And I’m too lazy to walk down to have lunch there. But now, since there is a shop in college’s cafe sells Sarawak food, cooked by Sarawakians who lives here, I become rajin to walk down the college to go to the cafe. Whenever I reached the place, the first thing I will look for will be, UMAI!! A traditional Sarawak food famous among Melanau ethnic. =) This make my college routine changes. I never skipped my lunch because of this. But as I mentioned before, I skipped my lunch sometimes when we have some talks during lunch. *pity-me*
Tea time? We have no such tea time. During tea time hour, we got class, and focusing on lesson, but no more food. The least they could give to us will be “take-5″ which is a 5 minutes of rest during this tea time hour. So, obviously, we don’t really take any simple food during this tea time. =)
Dinner? It is simple. Before, I took dinner everyday, and skipped my lunch. But nowadays, it changed. I ate a lot for lunch, but took a simple food for dinner. Sometimes I take only few pieces of bread or biscuits. and even instant mee! =) But recently, I have been taking Campbell’s instant soup for my dinner. It’s yummy and satisfying. It makes me full even though it’s just a soup and it’s little. But it makes me full for my dinner. This soup changed my habits taking rice for dinner. Taking too much food is not that good for dinner. It makes you fatter. The one I usually take will be the Campbell’s Chicken Pasta soup. =)
So now, I eat three times a day. The heaviest meal I will have will be my lunch, and the simplest will be my dinner. I hope I can maintain my body size and weight until….erm… I die! Cyril always say, my body is small to him. But he likes it. So, I want to maintain it. Being a small to someone bigger is good. A great thing. Easily to be hugged and cuddled. Niceee!!! ;)
