Two days back, I think! My broadband gave me headache. A TERRIBLE headache, why? because, I can’t connect to internet world, and when it could happened, the connection was too slow for me to do my online surfing. It’s my routine okay?? :P
So when the internet was kind of suck, I called Maxis Center and asked them what happened to the connection. They told me that my line was stable, and no disruption occurred at Sungai Buloh for Maxis Broadband. So, they asked me to disconnect and restart my laptop and plug in the modem again. I did what has been told, and nothing changed. It was still the same. I spent almost 30 minutes with the operator just to get back the good connection back. The called was suddenly disconnected, and I was a bit mad with it.
I waited for few minutes, and no changes occurred to my connection, and I decided to call Maxis Center again. Talked to the operator for 20minutes plus, and she told me to do the same thing, which is to disconnect and restart my laptop again. But when I complained about the phone bill I need to pay for the calls, she said she will call me back. I agreed and waited for 15 minutes. I was mad, I hate waiting, especially when it’s regarding for something important,so called them again, but different person answered it.
I complained about the same thing for the third time, but this time the operator treated me well as I was quite angry, and my voice was a little high. I complained about the lady that promised to call back, but didn’t call and everything. Done with that, she told me there was something technically wrong with my software and modem, and she will report this to the technical department.
I even asked them, is there any people experiencing the same thing that happened to me at the same time? She said no. Since there was no problems with the connection at Sungai Buloh. So, I was kind a bit disappointed with my broadband :(
The next day, I went to work as usual, and met friends at the ward. I complained to them about how shit my life was when I can’t be connected to the internet the other night. They asked me why? I said I don’t know what happened, but according to Maxis Center, there is some problems with my modem and software. Then suddenly a friend of mine said, “apa la u. Memang internet teruk. I also use Maxis. Memang banyak yang cakap last night sik dapat online”. I was shocked and asked them more about it.
Then I realized, there was nothing wrong with my broadband, or software. But the connection was suck. It was not only me who experienced it, but almost all of the Maxis broadband users. So, now I’m wondering, whether I was cheated by the Maxis Center about the complained I made or they didn’t know how to settle this kind of problem. Inexpert? Ermmm……. I need to claim something for my phone bill, and for the few hours they made my day sucks without internet.

Uih? That means…my Celcom broadband is still the best. Since i first use my celcom broadband, I have not encountered any problems at all. I think it is time to change….
